What helps when reporting something

• What you wrote on the page, and what Pixie did with it
• Your iPad model and iPadOS version
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see

Please don't send a page you would rather keep private — a description is usually enough, and if it isn't we will ask.

Known limits

• Pixie needs a connection. The companion reads your page on a server, so nothing is answered offline.
• There is a daily allowance of replies. When it runs out, Pixie says so and the canvas keeps working as normal.
• A character it cannot draw is shown as a small box rather than dropped, so you can always tell something went missing.

Your pages

Pixie does not store what you write. A capture of the page is sent only when the companion takes a turn, and it is not kept afterwards — see Privacy for exactly what is and isn't retained.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes the identifier Pixie uses to count your daily replies. If you would rather we cleared it from our side, write to [email protected].
